Atlanta Trip

Last week, Dear Dear took us to Atlanta for a short but very fun and action packed trip. We started with lunch at the American Girl Bistro, then shopped at the American Girl store, where Mary Slayden got Ashley's ears pierced and picked out several matching outfits and accessories. (Ashley is her doll.) Claudia got a high chair for her Bitty Baby. Mom and I got to do a little shopping at the North Georgia Outlets before we headed to the hotel to check in and take a swim in the pool. The Alpharetta Marriott offers an American Girl package which included a special check in, doll beds in the room (that you get to keep!), milk and cookies delivered that night, a treat from the restaurant or gift shop and breakfast the next morning. On Friday we visited the Georgia Aquarium and the World of Coke. A great time was had by all!
