
Before Spring Break, I started trying to eat 1200 calories a day and lost a little weight. I probably gained it all back over our vacay, but I'm back on the wagon now. These "noodles" are one of my favorite new discoveries from Hungry Girl. I've been eating them almost every day for lunch. The whole bag = 40 calories! Buy them at Whole Foods or Publix in the section where the tofu is.
