Each week, I'm trying to add more healthy and diet friendly foods from the Fat Flush book to my standard diet. This week I've added flax seeds and flax seed oil. I also got some
Ezekiel 4:9 bread and tortillas,which I'm most excited about. They are
delish and after years of swearing off bread and crash no-
carb diets, I finally feel like I can have a slice or two of bread guilt free. Thank goodness for
Aldi's, because all this healthy stuff is expensive.
