Mom and I spent the morning at the Junior League Market. It's always a fun shopping event and a great way to kick off the holiday shopping season. I picked up a couple of things that I think are worth sharing.........
First, I found this precious book for the kids called Sweeteas. Its all about being Southern and girly. Perfect for the young, and not so young, girls in your life. My favorite line is on the last page where it says: Last but not least, you must practice your drawl: "Bless your heart", "I declare" and of course you say, "y'all!" So cute.
Next, I scooped up one of these cozy, thermal tops from peacelovemom. How perfect, since this year is the 5oth anniversary of the peace sign. (Habitually Chic has pictures of this years Barney's Christmas windows, where they have chosen a Hippie Holiday theme to celebrate the anniversary.)
I have to go back at some point to pick up a hand knit hat that mom bought for Claudia and I also got some wrapping paper and Wraffia ribbon, oh yeah, and a $20 Egyptian cotton set of sheets. So fun!
