Grab the Gold bars

Sorry for the blog break. We stay so busy that something has to give. After I complete all my volunteer commitments in the next few months, I'm retiring to keep the focus on my own family and hobbies, "Just say no" is my new mantra.


These are the best bars ever! They sell them at the gym and at Mountain High Outfitters. A nutritionist/fitness expert recommended them, and now all the other bars out there taste just gross to me. Try one out and then buy a box!
